Atlas Copco Completes Three Strategic Distributor Acquisitions Worldwide

Released on May 17, 2026 via its official merger and acquisition column, Sweden-based
industrial giant Atlas Copco has officially finished the full acquisition of three
professional air compressor distributors, namely PowerTech in Brazil, LVC in Belgium
and Trident in Canada. This series of moves marks a key step in the company's global
market layout this year.
These three acquired local enterprises are well-established regional suppliers focusing
on industrial compressed air equipment sales, installation, daily maintenance and after
sales support. With solid local customer resources and mature service systems, they
have long occupied stable market shares in their respective regions.

Through this round of acquisitions, Atlas Copco effectively consolidates and optimizes its
business layout across South America, Europe and North America. It further improves the
local delivery efficiency and on-site service response speed, enabling it to better meet
diversified demands from manufacturing, mining, automobile and other core industries.
The layout is also closely aligned with the group's annual development plan.
By strengthening offline channel advantages and perfecting the whole industry chain
service system, Atlas Copco lays a solid foundation to steadily lift order volume, expand
market occupancy and fully achieve its global business growth targets for 2026.
